Two 2-ounce doses. This amount can be increased or decreased depending on the individual`s body type and preferences.

If I consume the daily recommended dose of Mandura, should I continue taking vitamin and mineral supplements?
Yes, there is no harm in continuing to take daily vitamin and mineral supplements as they may contain nutrients that are not in Mandura. What are antioxidants?

Is the Mandura bottle constructed of safe plastic?
Yes. Mandura is constructed of #2 HDPE plastic which is food & beverage safe and will not leach into the juice supplement.

Does Mandura contain preservatives?
No. In order to ensure Mandura provides the optimum nutritional benefits without anything interfering, it does not contain preservatives. The Aseptic Bottling Process enables Mandura to be bottled without preservatives and with a shelf-life of approximately two years.
