used in

What kind of
fish does
OMEGA+++ use?
OMEGA+++
sources its fish
oil from
Engraulis
Ringens, a
member of the
anchovy family.
They are
harvested in
clean waters
from the
Humboldt Current
off the coast of
South America
near Peru.
Phytoplankton
that the small
fish consume in
this region is
rich in DHA and
EPA, giving the
fish the highest
naturally
occurring ratios
of DHA and EPA
of any other
fish species.
The fish oil
also undergoes
molecular
distillation and
is tested before
and after the
process to
remove heavy
metals and
ensure the
safety of the
oil. The fish
are sustainably
harvested
(Friends of the
Sea member) and
processed in a
GMP and FDA
compliant
facility.
I heard that
omega-6 fatty
acids are bad
for you if you
consume too
much, is this
true?
OMEGA+++
contains only a
very slight
amount of
omega-6 that is
found naturally
in the fish oil.
It is only a few
milligrams and
will not add any
significant
consumption
amount. OMEGA+++
contains a
higher amount of
omega-3 fatty
acids, which
offsets the very
small amount of
omega-6 in the
